These all have specific memories for me and I bet they do for you too . Lynx Africa was the lads choice regardless of if they were 15 or 35 , it’s a go to body spray and Christmas wasn’t Christmas if you didn’t have a lynx gift set . 
Going into the youth club , smelling Cool water or CK one as most lads nicked 50 sprays of their dads just to impress the girls . 
Years later going into a club and the Smokey club was heavy with different smells . Surrounded by gelled hair within an inch of its life , freshly ironed shirts and boot cut jeans . Standing at the bar waiting to be served , ordering a castaway or a taboo and lemonade and you smell him next to you. Which one of these was it because each and every one takes me back to that club with a sticky floor , shocking dance moves and cheeses chat up lines . 
One boyfriend gave me his scarf which just smelled of him , he used to spray it with cool water just so I could be with him when he was at home.
