OUR DELIVERY POLICY

Firstly, thank you for your custom! It really is appreciated much more than you can imagine. Please see our policies to delivery that are going to be of interest to you below.

  • Shipping is always calculated at check-out.

  • All deliveries are sent fully tracked and insured for both your and our safety. This will be included within the Postage and Packaging costs.

  • ​A signature will be required on receival.​

  • With the growth of our business we are going to be relying on a variety of couriers. The choice of which will depend on the size and weight of your package. If you wish to specify a courier please let us know (charges may vary)

  • Delivery times vary from 3-5 working days.

  • Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. Please see our returns policy.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

If your goods do not match up with the Room Rescue standard of quality please do not hesitate to reach out to us; we value our customers and their experience.

Want to return an item? Not a problem! There are a few rules:

  • You will only be eligible for a refund if you notify us within 7-days of receiving your item. 

  • Returns are subject to Postage and Packaging costs.​​

  • Item must be returned in original packaging, with all accessories, and in resalable condition. 

  • Room Rescue does not take accountability for any goods lost or damaged in transit when returning to us.

  • A refund will be issued in the form of either; a replacement of matched worth, store credit note, or a full refund to original payment method.

Here at Room Rescue your privacy is our highest priority. To ensure that we continue to keep you in good hands - from the browsing of our products to the receiving of our goods - we stick to, and closely follow those General Data Protection Policies that concern our valued customers.
